We are a laboratory of ideas, a continuous dialogue with the client and collaborators, that develops the narrative path of the project to be executed.

TABULA wants to share intentions so that interior architecture is recognized as a fundamental value in our society, both from a cultural and social perspective.
The method and specific aspects of the project, such as the use of color, the choice of materials, the context, and the functionality; from the initial stages to completion.
Nerea Apraiz
CEO & Architect
Graduated in Architecture and Fine Arts in 2007, she spent her early professional years in the marketing world before joining and leading a family project in 2015 focused on real estate and comprehensive home renovations. Having completed over 250 home renovations in Bilbao during this time, she decided to venture out on her own to explore new development opportunities. These new approaches focus on seeking out new materials, functionalities, designs, and more sustainable and local finishes, requiring greater dedication, analysis, and research, grounded in the creative nature of its founder.
